The Hano Smart Loyalty Online program is a point accumulation program through interesting activities on the website such as: daily visits, product reviews, purchases at .vn, following hanosmart on social media networks... to determine your membership tier at Hano Smart Online with many attractive benefits like birthday offers, free shipping, priority updates on new products, early access to promotions, etc.
All customers who have registered an account at hanosmart.vn will be eligible to participate in the Hano Smart Vietnam Loyalty Online Program. Program offers are only applicable on the Hano Smart Vietnam website.
After becoming a Hano Smart FAN, you can start participating in point-earning activities on the hanosmart.vn website. Please visit the Earning Points section in the system to start participating.
Your accumulated points will be shown at the top of the Loyalty section in the Customer Account page.
Total accumulated points is the total points you have earned through point-earning activities of Hano Smart Vietnam. This is also the number of points that determines your Membership Tier.
Total available points is the number of points remaining after you perform a redemption activity. You can continue to use this point balance to redeem for future Hano Smart shopping plans.
On the Shopping Cart page, please log in to your account. You will find the point redemption section above the Order Summary:
- Enter the number of points you want to redeem (minimum 10,000 points) and select USE POINTS.
- A discount code equivalent to the redeemed points will be automatically generated. Copy the discount code and paste it into the discount code box below.
Point redemption benefits are applicable to all Hano Smart members regardless of tier. The redemption action will not affect the lifetime accumulated points you have earned, nor will it affect your previously achieved tier and benefits.
Points will automatically expire after December 30, 2025. After expiration, your Total Available Points will return to 0, but it will not affect your Total Accumulated Points or Membership Tier. Redeem your points today for your next order before they expire!
When you accumulate enough points and are upgraded to the corresponding tier, you will receive a congratulatory email along with your benefits. Please note the following benefits:
- Tier upgrade gift: enter the gift code provided in the email at the Checkout page.
- Additional discount: log in to your account before purchasing for automatic application.
- Free shipping for Galaxy and Universe tiers: log in to your account before purchasing for automatic application.
- Happy Birthday: after logging in, click on the Loyalty Popup at the bottom left of the screen, go to the EARN POINTS section to register your birthday. The birthday discount code will be sent via email on your birthday.
